Owner Surrender
If you are looking to surrender your dog please email info@pprorg.com. The Rescue will need the owner surrender form completed and returned. Please be prepared to provide: your contact information, pictures of your dog, age, health and vaccination history, and behavioral history. If there are serious behavioral concerns a professional evaluation may be required so that we can successfully assist and place the dog in another home environment. If more than 60 days have passed since the adoption date PPR is not obligated to take back dogs with a bite history or aggressive behavior.
